Introduction

Welcome to Indic Lancers, a service vertical of Indic Arena Private Limited. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Definitions

• Company: Refers to Indic Arena Private Limited, operating under the service name Indic Lancers.
• Client: Any individual or business entity that engages Indic Lancers for IT services.
• Services: Includes but is not limited to game development, web development, app development, software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, and other IT-related services provided by Indic Lancers.
• Agreement: The contract between Indic Lancers and the Client, including these Terms and Conditions and any other documents incorporated by reference.

Scope of Services

Indic Lancers agrees to provide the services as described in the Agreement. The specific details, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual service agreements with each Client.

Obligations of the Client

• Information and Access: The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required by Indic Lancers to perform the services.
• Timely Payments: The Client agrees to make timely payments as per the payment schedule outlined in the Agreement.
• Compliance: The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property created by Indic Lancers during the provision of services remains the property of Indic Lancers until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the Client.
• License: The Client grants Indic Lancers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Client's intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the term of the Agreement and for a period of three years thereafter. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical information, and client data.

Limitation of Liability

Indic Lancers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Indic Lancers for the services.

Termination

• By Client: The Client may terminate the Agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Any prepaid fees are non-refundable.
• By Company: Indic Lancers reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the Client breaches any terms of the Agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhepura, Bihar.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Indic Lancers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are advised to review these terms periodically.
