Indic Lancers has a strict no-refund policy on all services provided. All sales are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Exceptions
- Service Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that Indic Lancers fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stipulated timeframe, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be determined at the sole discretion of Indic Lancers, based on the portion of work completed.
- Service Errors: If a significant error is identified in the delivered services that cannot be rectified by Indic Lancers, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund. The determination of the significance of the error and the amount of the refund will be at the sole discretion of Indic Lancers.
Requesting a Refund
- Submission: To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request to [email protected] within 7 days of the completion of the service. The request must include detailed reasons for the refund claim and any supporting documentation.
- Review: All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our team. The review process may take up to 30 business days. During this period, the Client may be required to provide additional information or documentation to support their claim.
- Decision: Indic Lancers reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion. The decision will be communicated to the Client via email. All decisions made by Indic Lancers are final.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital Products: All digital products, including software, applications, and website designs, are non-refundable once delivered.
- Consultation Fees: Fees for consultation services are non-refundable.
- Customization Services: Any customization or tailored services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Chargebacks
Any chargebacks initiated by the Client without following the proper refund request process outlined above will be considered a breach of this Refund Policy. Indic Lancers reserves the right to take legal action against any fraudulent chargebacks.
Amendments
